After several months of enjoying our new coffee station, we started having trouble with the center button. Occasionally the button was hard to push or brewing would stop before completion. I was informed by Cuisinart that the button was not replaceable. However, Cuisinart replaced the coffee station free of charge. Customer service was great but all I needed was a new button.

My main complaint is the grinder sounds like a rocket ship taking off for the outer space. It makes great coffee but the loudness will wake the dead.

I'm finally getting used to how this works but what I can't get over is that the height measurement is not as advertised. The unit everywhere says it's under 16" but it is not. It measures 16.25"H which was a problem in my house.

This may be the best coffee maker I've ever owned. On the carafe side the coffee comes out hot and stays hot on the excellent hot plate.
The pod side works terrific and allows for three size cups 8 - 10 and 12 ounces and also provides a real hot cup. Not always the case with some of the pod type single cup makers.
Haven't tried the grinder yet but expect it'll be a winner too.
