It was flawed and after unpacking and setting it up, it simply was not working properly. After one use, we packed it back up and returned it.

This product won’t last long. Tons of coffee build up gets under the grinder. The grind compartment is not large enough to fit 12 scoops of whole beans- which this is a 12 cup coffee maker- so I don’t understand where their heads were at when designed? Disappointed with the machine. Wish I would have gotten the old grind and brew that had the reservoir for beans up top, but it was out of stock for so long, I went with this

Numerous problems!
1. When I use the whole bean mode, it often overflows and grounds are EVERYWHERE!
2. The single cup dispenser has two problems. Once the bottom of the K-cup was not punctured. Grounds everywhere! Big mess to clean it up!
And when making the selection for single cup, it often step over to either the 12 ounce option or the 8 ounce option!!Very sensitive! A big mess if it dispenses 12 ounces and my cup holds only 10 ounces!

Excellent coffee maker with the option to use ground or whole bean coffee or K-cups. Does both well and gives the option to have the ground/beans to be set to a timer.

This unit has it all - it grinds our coffee beans to make a pot of coffee or make a one cup with a K cup. Ideal for those times when you only want one more cup of coffee.

Very disappointed that there is no back light on the dispay panel. Its very difficult to see what is on panel when choosing settings. It would have also been nice to have removeable water reservoirs so that you can dumpnout any excess water to prevent stale water from sitting in reservoirs if you do not use it everyday. If those two things were on this model I would have given it 5 stars.
