I give this 5 stars because of the value. Not that is perfect but for the money you can't beat this swiss army knife of coffee production. It is a little loud when if grinds the beans and you have to clean out the bean grinder after each use (it gets wet from the steam for brewing). As long as you accept those things it works great. Where else can you find a coffee maker that does so much at this price point?

This is exactly what we need. We typically brew 8 cups a day but sometimes we need more. The coffee maker allows us to make individual cups after then.
