Liked my old one better, this I have to measure beans every day and clean grinder every day. The support is the worst I have ever had to listen to, used to not be that way.

NOT happy with the coffee capacity of the grounds. Directions say don't exceed 16 measuring cups, but you couldn't get 5 in there without it overflowing. Very messy and no coffee flavor because of the small amount it will hold without overflowing. Pot capacity is too small also. Pod water capacity is too small also. I want a refund!

Great for making coffee, either a pot or pod. Haven't used the grinder function yet. I have a couple of issues, the window for the water to see how much is in for a pot of coffee is on the side, I have to pull it out and look on the side to fill it. Also, the part for the grinder, always has moisture in it, I tried removing it so it wasn't always wet, but the unit doesn't function unless it is installed.

Nice coffee maker….quiet, heats water very quickly. Only problem is the K-cup holder doesn’t tilt when the compartment is open. Because the K-cup stays level, it drips after brewing, even after the K-cup has been removed. Messy!

It makes good coffee! Improvements to consider: 1.) It's difficult to tell when it's low on water 2.) The led display doesn't light up. It's very difficult to read what size cup, etc. 3.) The coffee grinder is very loud. We use the pods and grind beans also. But the noise prevents us from grinding beans at times.
