It works fine. The design is not great. Too many parts to remove, clean, and dry in carafe mode, if using everyday.

Always liked Cuisinart dependability, and this one lives up. Whole bean coffee is just better, no matter how you slice it. With all the extra functionality, it was a no brainer to get this one. Only thing I’d change is to have a water meter on the side for the pod reservoir, but the front led tells you if it’s low. We just fill it after each use.

I have been happy with this product. I have not used my single cup option yet but have gotten the reusable filter cup so when I just want 1 cup it is possible.
