Good machine but needs a window to see the water level in K-cup reservoir. Lid for reservoir needs to be hinged and grinder very noisy. Lights on controls slightly blink line they have a bad connection.

The pod side of our Grind and Brew Plus quit brewing. With very little back and forth Cuisinart honored the warranty and replaced the entire unit. We would definitely buy Cuisinart products again.

Best system ever produced! It has multiple function: whole Bean, Ground coffee, K-Cup. Unfortunately it dies not come with an individual insert to make your own tea or individual coffee! This insert should be included!

My old version of this unit- that is just the big coffee pot finally gave up 12 yrs later. So worth the money years ago. I needed a new one and seen this one and thought if this one lasts 5-6 years I have done good again, well see. So far really like it. Wish this model had the temperature setting option. Also wish the kcup side you could see the amount of water your adding like the big pot side. No biggie. I also wish you could brew a large pot and do a k cup at the same time. They have two separate filling areas, it seems a technical thing and they just haven't done the tech yet. I make a large pot to take to work and would like to fill my coffee mug separate or want something different at that time. So I just have to wait and take turns. I like that you can use the kcup side to make just some hot water for recipes that take small amounts. I used to have to measure and then put it thru the large one. Way faster than a microwave for things like Ramen and oatmeal. Its really a great option to have single serve or large pot without having to choose one machine or two to buy. You get it all in one.
