I’ve always had cuisinart coffee pots and o find them to be the best but this one is super loud, the grinder always gets clogged, makes too weak coffee and is too loud to use on auto brew. There’s no way to change the temperature like other coffee pots I’ve had and the lights are so bright I had to put duct tape over them.

After weeks of reviewing, decided to purchase this Cuisinart Grind & Brew and am now very disappointed. The grinder is so loud, it wakes the family up. So much for having fresh ground coffee to wake up to. Cleaning the grinder is another headache in and of itself. Then filling either/both water reservoirs is very cumbersome. There's no view even of the single cup reservoir to monitor how close the water is getting to the top. I have drenched my counter, the floor, and anything close multiple times already. Then the Keep Warm setting is so hot, you basically scorch the coffee within an hour. And without an option of a stainless carafe, what choice do you have to rectify? So, especially given the cost, I'm disappointed not only that it may have just been mediocre but that it was the worst I've bought in a long time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very pleased. This is our 3rd Cuisinart Grind & Brew. Had the 1st one for years. Our 2nd one is a few years old and still works. Only replaced it because we wanted the one with the built-in Kuerig. Great option.

Overall, the grind and brew is a very good coffee maker, and makes delicious coffee. I have a couple of things that I wish were improved upon. It is a lot of work to clean all of the parts between brewings. But I guess that might be unavoidable.
Also, if you put even the smallest amount of extra water in the reservoir on the single serve side, it will leak all over the counter. Since the reservoir is black, it’s pretty difficult to see the water level, especially if the coffee maker is under a counter, which most of them are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like my new Cuisinart grind and brew center however I would suggest a few small changes.
1. It is not designed to use on a countertop that has a cabinet above it. 2. Other brands of the refillable k-cups will not work in this unit, you must order specialty designed ones from Cuisinart. 3. There is no window on the single brew side in order to see how much water is in the unit.
I loved my previous Cuisinart coffee maker with the two sides but it did not have k-cup option and I loved my Keurig duo. I’m not super impressed with this one, however, the grind and brew feature is a very nice addition.

I had a regular Cuisinart grinder style coffee machine for about 6 years, until my water reserve. I wanted another one, when I began shopping, to my surprise you had the same style, and added subtle brew also. Wow... love both... and best is my stainless steel cuisnart carafe fits instead of the glass one.
