This appliance makes very good coffee, but I recommend highly that you watch the video before attempting to use it. We replaced our old Burr grinder coffee pot which finally broke with this one. It took some getting used to but the coffee is great. It comes with a separate Keurig type device, which we would not have gotten if we had a choice. Neither one of us really cares for the taste of those coffee pods. We like freshly ground coffee beans. But the product does work well.

Makes amazing pot of coffee. Has separate reservoirs for the singleserve or the pot of coffee. Does require daily cleaning of grinder is the only downside.

We just remodeled our kitchen and wanted to free up counter space, so we thought we would give this unit a try, since it is three appliances in one. It really does a great job and we don't really have any complaints. The grinder isn't a burr type, which is what were using, but we like having less appliances out. It's really nice that you can set it up the night before and have it grind and brew before you get up in the morning.

I like the coffee and it works good. I do not like that the kurieg water dispenser doesn’t detach to clean and that you cannot see how much water is in the dispenser. Also, when grinding the coffee, it needs to be washed and cleansed after each use as condensation and moisture get in making it wet and coffee grounds cake inside.
