Bought this to replace previous Cuisinart grinder/dripper. We liked having the Pod option for single afternoon cups. I find this coffee maker to be easy to use. It doesn't have the bean storage our previous grinder had so you have to fill it everyday. But this isn't very hard and you can usually do it while filling the pot with water. Pod option works well. Have seen concerns with overfilling the Pod water holder but I haven't seen this as a problem. If anything, it is hard to see if any water left so only add enough water for the Pods you are going to use. You would have to lift entire machine to empty Pod water reservoir. Only other concern might be if anything breaks in the bean grinder mechanism, which does remove, and how hard this might be to replace. Overall, we have been very happy with the purchase.

First one I bought the band on the carafe broke day 1. Returned and got another one Really like it except for you have to refill the k-cup side with each cup you make. There is no reservoir (even small) for multiple k-cups. But does it job other than that well.

This makes the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had at home. But, don’t fool yourself, it requires a good cleaning after every use. It’s worth the work. However, if you aren’t one to put in that work, find another machine.
