I like my coffee maker, but can't give it a 5. It is hard to find a product with all the features you want. I love the ability to grind fresh beans or in a rush to use the K-cup side. Cons - very tall so to access the top to load you have to pull in forward. Because you can only grind and brew what you need, you have to pull it out daily to load. Need a water and bean reservoir. K-cup side, water reservoir, needs to be clear so you know when you are getting low on water. Grinder gets a lot of condensation so coffee grind stick to the inside of the chamber. This requires the chamber to be cleaned frequently. When you remove the grinder to clean and air dry a light blinks till you reassemble it. Very annoying since I like to leave it out to dry.

I love the fact I can make a whole pot or just one cup with the pod and I thought the grinder would be an added bonus since I buy whole beans. The grinder is a disappointment. It gets moisture inside and a lot of the ground coffee is stuck in the grinder. I would recommend the model without the grinder. Not worth it

Makes great coffee. A little bit awkward pouring the water into the reservoir, but being able to have the bold feature and the one cup alternative, more than make up for it.

The coffee maker works very well. My one complaint is that I cannot see how much water is in the tank (for the pods). It is completely black. I know there is an indicator when it needs more, but it is very difficult to see when the water is at the fill line. I find this to be a major flaw in the design.

Doesnt have a removable water tank that can be brought to the sink for filling. Only has a 40 ounce capacity for single serve k-cups.
