We make coffee every day when we bought this coffee maker after two days it stopped working. We discovered the shoot that takes the grounds to the filter was clogged now we’ve discovered we have to clean the shoot every day we’ve tried different types of coffee it didn’t help we had this type of coffee maker before and I never had this problem so we want to return this one. We don’t want to have to clean the shoot every day

I love that this combines 3 appliances into one. However, I do not like that the coffee grounds area from the grinder is not bigger for stronger coffee and it gets moist just from making pre-ground coffee.

Save yourself time, money, and aggravation...pour water on your countertop, then head on out to Starbucks for your coffee.
First, what's good about this thing...nothing.
What's not good?...every thing. It leaks. A lot. The grinder is LOUD. Makes sitting above the wing on the window seat at takeoff a soothing experience by comparison. The carafe may hold 12 cups, but the grinder only holds enough beans for maybe 6. Same with the grounds basket...it's tiny. The water tank for the carafe is not removable and is at the back of the machine and very narrow, so you have to pull it away from the counter to add water. The water tank for the pod, besides also being at the back, has no water level indicator so who knows how much is in there. Worst of all, the coffee is mediocre at best. I read other 1-star reviews before buying. Shoulda listened. My bad.

It was flawed and after unpacking and setting it up, it simply was not working properly. After one use, we packed it back up and returned it.
