I have had several coffee pots and this is the best for sure. Love the grinder, does a great job grinding all the beans. Love having the option to leave the heat plate on for up to 4 hours. I have nothing bad to say about this product. Also very easy to clean

I like this coffee maker in theory but it is ridiculous....the single cup side spills coffee everywhere no matter what type of pod I use. And the coffee grinds get caked in the grinder and don't fully dump into the basket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have owned Cuisinart coffee makers for the last 25 years - most recently The Grind and Brew. The Coffee Center has a great addition of a single-brew pod system which we love! But wait there’s a HUGE problem… the grinder went from a Burr grinder with a hopper to hold multiple days beans - to a miniature spice grinder that gets so hot it makes a muddy mess every time. It also can only hold enough beans for one pot. I also think the heat from the grinding process changes the flavor of the beans. Please plan on cleaning the grinding mechanism every use, if not the whole thing can clog and then you don’t get a full batch of grounds for your next pot. This feels like a huge step down from the original Grind and Brew we so loved. I hope Cuisinart can rethink this design and give customers who want a fresh grind with each brew the features they are looking for in a machine.

Wish I'd bought another model. I do not like the placement of the coffee grinder in regards to where it runs water. The spot where it grinds coffee is always wet and disgusting. It is a nightmare to clean. And not sure if this happens with other models but if you let water sit in the reservoir for very long it leaks out of the bottom

This grind and brew is a horrible design and I just found my receipt to return. The moisture in the grinder makes it unusable. The review of 4+ is very misleading as it is a big mess and I would not recommend this product.
