I do love the functionality of the grind and brew plus single cup service. This is my second one after a warranty replacement. The first one had issues with the heating plate peeling and cracking and the grinder malfunctioning after 1 year. I was disappointed especially with the cost of the coffee center. The warranty office was very helpful and accommodating and I am pleased with the process. I am meticulous about cleaning the unit so I am hopeful this will not happen again and that the first one was just a bad unit and that they have updated the internal electronics. I will update again should I have any issues.

Makes very good fresh coffee. The pod was faulty on my first unit. Support replaced unit promptly. We love the timer to grind and brew. Well worth the investment.

I found the water reservoir for the single cup side of the Brewer to be very poorly designed or thought through. I also found the Brewer to be extremely noisy, much more so than previous cuisinart Brewers we have purchased and owned.

Main issue is that you have to remove top to fill one cup water reservoir and you can not see the water level in reservoir unless at least 5’- 6” tall if it is sitting on counter. Very disappointed!

Great product. We had a separate Cuisinart Grind and Brew, and a Keurig, but both on the kitchen counter was too cluttered looking. After seeing this at Macy's, we purchased it when I had Star money to help offset the cost. Now can have the convenience of our K-cup coffee during the week and a pot of freshly ground and brewed coffee. Only one caveat with the K-cup side, if you don't first push the K-cup down, before putting the compartment lid down, the cup will sometimes get pushed in crooked and water will overspill into the overflow reservoir below. There was nothing in the instructions to do this, but now every time we put in the K-cup pod, we push it in first before snapping down the compartment lid and it makes a foolproof cup each time.
