Great coffee maker. This is the third grind & brew I have owned and my only complaint is that water seems to get into the top of the machine under and around the grinder.

Be mindfult to clean out the coffee grinder after use because it becomes moist during the brewing process and won't thoroughly grind the beans.

I do love the functionality of the grind and brew plus single cup service. This is my second one after a warranty replacement. The first one had issues with the heating plate peeling and cracking and the grinder malfunctioning after 1 year. I was disappointed especially with the cost of the coffee center. The warranty office was very helpful and accommodating and I am pleased with the process. I am meticulous about cleaning the unit so I am hopeful this will not happen again and that the first one was just a bad unit and that they have updated the internal electronics. I will update again should I have any issues.
