Overall a great product. The only drawback is you have to add beans for every brew.

This was actually a replacement unit because on the previous one, the grinder stopped working. Customer Service was great, tried sending me new parts to see if the grinder would work, but in the end, they just sent me a new one which works great! I really appreciate the long warranty on these machines and the way they step up and resolve issues if there are any.

Love the versatility. Can brew a whole pot, grind whole beans or brew an individual from a pod! We have some trouble with leakage but culinary replaced without much headache

Don’t buy this. Keep shopping. The coffee basket is too small. The grinder is very loud. Little parts have broken in two weeks of use
