We think it’s the push button to turn it on/off that’s too weak to sustain prolonged use. However, we know Cuisinart is a trusted name and so we went with it again. I bought this a couple weeks ago and I’m very disappointed in the performance. Toast is burnt on one said and not toasted in the other. Items I bake burn on the bottom. I have never had a toast over work so poorly for toast and burins the bottom before the top can bake. Wish i could return it. 😖
