Quality doesn’t compare to older cuisine art oven

Rack and pan wouldn’t fit properly inside oven. Had to return item. Purchased this to replace my ten year old Cuisine Art oven. The quality of the new oven doesn’t compare to the old. Made so much more cheaper.

The toaster oven works well. My complaint is that the top and sides get EXTEEMLY hot, and are not safe to touch while using the oven. If I had children in the house, I would return it. It is not a safe product for the countertop, a home with children, or a home where people may have physical disabilites. Fortunately I can place it on the microwave, and do not have children or other household members who can be harmed with this dangerous design.

Seemed like a good idea, right size, color good, BUT .... It is a terrible toaster. Will not toast anything, needs two or more cycles for bread. THEN it will burn a slice for no good reason, controls were never changed between slices!

Nice small toaster oven for things that dont cook a long time. Gets very hot and you need to turn temp down a few degrees to keep things from getting too brown.

We have other Cuisinart products that we have been very happy with. However this one failed to work after using three times. It refused to turn on. When it did work the finish notification chime went on for approx. five times, was loud and very annoying. The finish chime was so annoying I would not want to use it even if the unit was still working. We replaced it with a different brand which we are happy with.

Poor directions! I place the rack in the middle to toast or bagels. The items burn, if placed on the top rack! I have only used this appliance for 1 week, and there are permanent marks on the crumb tray, that I cannot remove. I want a replacement.
