It stopped working after 18 months. I will say that they replaced it. Also, the toaster is too light on light and too dark on medium, so we put ours between the 2.The baking tray is a little difficult to get in and out but overall it is OK.

3. The crumb tray is a great design, easily allows a complete clean out.

I have a kitchen full of Cuisinart products. My toaster over broke after 6 years. I thought I was buying the same thing. Didn't happen! The new one is smaller and the sliding pan is very cheaply made. Foods do not clean off. They seep into the pan. Also, when the toast is ready, there is a loud awful ringing sound which could wake up people in the house. The first time I am not happy with a product from Cuisinart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had been looking for a good Toaster Oven and a friend recommended this one. I couldn't be happier with this product. It is great for toasting, baking small dishes, broiling, and reheating food. The Cruisnart Toaster Oven is by far above all the other ones I have had in the past.
