Things that could be improved.
2 stars for toasting mode. The "Done" sound is REALLY LOUD and dings 5 or 6 times. I would love to change it to a quieter 1 or 2 dings.

I’m not giving 5 stars because the toaster oven it replaced was perfect. It has knobs and a button so it’s easy to use. The only complaint I have is the alarm when it’s done toasting. It’s loud and piercing.

Excellent appliance. Lightweight, great for toasting English muffins, bagels or just plain bread. We use ours for cooking French fried potatoes without the “fried” aspect. It’s handy, takes up minimal space on the counter and simple to operate.
