Our old toaster oven died. This item is well built and performs as described. Toasts well and oven works well. It is larger for space than desired, but knew dimensions ahead of time. The one thing that I LOVE is that the crumb tray slides out and is a great design. I would definitely order this again.

Cooks very evenly Sometimes when the toast is done the beep sounds like our smoke detector and other alarms we have and it gets confusing. Anyway it works fine and the dimensions work on our counter.
