great customer service. I had my Cuisinart Toaster oven less than 2 years and it was under warranty. Suddenly it developed a "clicking" sound while in the bake mode. I called Cuisinart CS and they sent me a new one! If you don't want a TO with a lot of bells and whistles this is perfect. Toasts bakes broils.

Perfect oven for a lot of different uses. I like it a lot and use it every day. The toaster function is very good. I use the bake function for all my baking and cooking except for cookies for which you need a large cookie sheet. It saves a lot of energy when I can use this small oven instead of a big one. Just the short preheating time is an advantage. This oven is over 11-inch square, so it is big enough for a loaf of bread and for a 10-inch cake and a tin of 6 muffins. The pan is made out of rather thin material but it is big enough for sheet pan cooking of chicken and vegetable. (I wish the pan were stainless; I line it with parchment paper or aluminum foil.) The temperature is even and the oven bakes well. The broiler works well, too.
