Love a couple newer features (to us that is) - lighted serving area, the water filter, ease of changing the filter, intuitive controls, and most important as it sits under our brand new kitchen cabinets, lack of any steam or moisture above the brewing time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It makes a full 12 cups in less than 10 minutes with a cup at our fingertips within 2 minutes or less. The light at the dispenser is a really nice touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 3 of these over many, many years because they are so easy to use and make a good pot of coffee. 7 days a week it makes coffee for us quickly and easily. I recommend it as all you do is place your cup under the little spout and filler up just like a gas pump. There is a gauge that shows the amount left after each cup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this product before and loved it. We decided to go with a dual machine to brew a pot and single serve, “pod” style option. (It was not a cuisinart brand.). We hated it and have now gone back to our favorite. Easy operation, many features and keeps the coffee so HOT for at least 3 hours (that’s how long we have the delay turn off set). We will always have this coffee station in our home!!

It has been many years with each one and it still beats out others I was looking to purchase. Best features are the removable water container, as my sink is behind where I make my coffee, the enclosed thermo container keeps the coffee hot for hours without tasting cooked and the "one cup at a time" dispenser is perfect.
