Love a couple newer features (to us that is) - lighted serving area, the water filter, ease of changing the filter, intuitive controls, and most important as it sits under our brand new kitchen cabinets, lack of any steam or moisture above the brewing time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this coffee maker. The reservoir keeps the coffee hot (stable temp) and is relatively easy to keep clean. It makes a full 12 cups in less than 10 minutes with a cup at our fingertips within 2 minutes or less. The light at the dispenser is a really nice touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 3 of these over many, many years because they are so easy to use and make a good pot of coffee. 7 days a week it makes coffee for us quickly and easily. I recommend it as all you do is place your cup under the little spout and filler up just like a gas pump. There is a gauge that shows the amount left after each cup.

Replaced defective unit under warranty. 2 weeks with the new unit the clean light came on. Ran the clean cycle twice and the clean light came back on the next day.
Love the on demand feature but this product is plagued with defects.
