this is the best Coffeemaker we could ever want, The first one we purchased was 6 or 7 years ago. we had issues in the family were some were not able to pick up a carafe. Now it is just so easy to make, and set the timer for fresh coffee when we get up in the morning.

This is my third tank style coffee pot from cuisinart and first replacement after ten years. Love these coffee makers because the keep the coffee Hot better than any caraffe styles. I only give four stars because of the maddeningly short cord that would barely get to the outlet. Now i have to unplug it to fill the tank. Great coffee maker stupid cord.
