We have had this for 3 months now. It's been flawless in doing what you want a coffeemaker to do. I have hand tremors, so the ability to fill my cup without havong to pour is very nice. We like the large reservoir, and cleanup is very easy for the whole system.

We love our new coffee maker! We recently replaced our old coffee maker because it was difficult to clean the bottom of the carafe. Coffee had gotten baked on to the bottom and left a permanent smell in the carafe. Our new Cuisinart On demand 12 cup coffee maker is easy to clean with a wide access to the coffee container. You can see that it's rinsed out each time you use it. It makes great coffee!

No burnt coffee taste. Keeps coffee hot for 4 hours however if it turn it off/on again it will keep hot another 4 hours. Our family wakes at different hours so it works great for us. Preset works great. Very simple to use. Been using a month now no issues

This our second Demand 12 from Cuisinart Coffee maker. Our first lasted almost 15 years and was still going strong until it wore out. The new one makes a nice hot cup of coffee and so far works as well as the first one. We love it's convenience and simplicity of cleaning and maintaining. Great product!
