No burnt coffee taste. Keeps coffee hot for 4 hours however if it turn it off/on again it will keep hot another 4 hours. Our family wakes at different hours so it works great for us. Preset works great. Very simple to use. Been using a month now no issues

This our second Demand 12 from Cuisinart Coffee maker. Our first lasted almost 15 years and was still going strong until it wore out. The new one makes a nice hot cup of coffee and so far works as well as the first one. We love it's convenience and simplicity of cleaning and maintaining. Great product!

this is the best Coffeemaker we could ever want, The first one we purchased was 6 or 7 years ago. we had issues in the family were some were not able to pick up a carafe. Now it is just so easy to make, and set the timer for fresh coffee when we get up in the morning.
