This coffeemaker has changed our lives! We have been using a Keurig machine for years but the quality of the coffee from K-cups are just not up to snuff. We already have a regular Cuisinart coffee maker but we don't like cleaning so many parts every day. Then we discover this model that has no carafe and a great dispenser. We had this coffeemaker for the last 15 years and when it stopped working we had to order another one just like it. There is no carafe to get broken or cracked. It is easy to clean. We love it and my daughter in-law loved it so much she has one for when we visit.

I love not having to deal with a carafe. I've been using this coffeemaker since 2018, and just bought a new one (on sale) as a backup in case the current one fails (it hasn't shown any evidence of failure, but heating elements can stop working w/o notice). Easy to use and clean. Thanks Cuisinart!
