I do like not having to pour coffee from a carafe due to wrist arthritis, so this coffeemaker works well for me. However filling the water reservoir is a bit cumbersome, and then placing it without spilling water is a little challenging. Even knowing this, I would buy anyway.

This is the 3rd Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker I have bought. This coffee maker replaces one exactly like one I bought in 2014. My wife and I make coffee daily, we retired in 2008. This gets a lot of use--sometimes we brew 2 times daily. I recommend this machine because it is easy to use, and does exactly what we need it to do for our use.
