Second one I’ve received that I had to return. First one leaked the first time I used it, the cord was stuck and wouldn’t pull out far enough to plug in on the second one. I have been using the Cuisinart Coffee on Demand models for over 20 years and really liked them. I will try one last time for a good one and give up on Cuisinart if I get another bad one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 3rd Coffee on Demand 12 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker. I just love it. It is so easy to set up the night before. Just press the button and in about 7 minutes you have a fresh brewed pot of your favorite coffee. The controls for the Clock, Brew, and Program setting are so easy to use. You can't go wrong with this Coffeemaker.

I especially like this coffee maker because it doesn’t have a caraff. I have a hard time pouring coffee carafes with carpal tunnel. This dispenses individual cups.

I have been so happy with with this coffeemaker, this is my second one and I would recommend this one to everybody that is looking for a new coffeemaker. They are great.
