Very happy with the product and customer service. Oven worked flawlessly for 6 months, but then some kind of electrical issue happend and it would no longer turn on. Called customer service and they immediately shipped out a new one. I just had to email a picture showing the oven with the power cord cut. Easy!

The toaster oven door doesn’t close completely flush and heat escapes. Otherwise it seems to work fine. I got this size because I wanted a usable back-up oven that could operate from a battery or generator in case of a power outage.

I am still learning how to use it. I like it & am glad I purchased it. I think the instruction book needs more work. Using the oven as a fryer is not clear. One other note I would make is the cord needs to be longer. I had to purchase an extension to be able to use it optimally.
