I purchased this for Christmas and was happy with the Toaster and the Convection Oven features, but the labels on the buttons has rubbed off on the START and LIGHT buttons in less than a year. Disappointingly poor quality for a brand like Cuisinart.

Bought two of these and both had to be returned the first one due to malfunctions with the convection element and the second one because the door did not close securely or completely

I received the oven For Christmas, and because it is so versatile, I use it frequently. We are a 2-person family aund I have always been reluctant to use our standard oven for small meals. Now I make meatloaf, muffins, pizza, bread, English muffins, lasagna, turkey breast, and tuna melts.
For Christmas, I also received Blue Apron and a wine club - so it was the perfect trifecta!

We chose this toaster oven because our beloved 10 year-old Berville one died in the middle of "pandemic related supply chain issues" and was back-ordered 3+ months. This Cuisinart was a lot more than we needed but boy has it made our lives easier with all the added features that our Breville didn't have like convection heating. The bagel, pizza, sandwich pizza, leftover and keep-warm functions are so convenient and cook to perfection. I knocked off one star for the known issue of the oven door not closing fully flush against the unit. I contacted Cusinart and they are sending me a replacement. Hoping the replacement won't have the same issue.

Breaks after warranty period

This is a great product when it works. Unfortunately, shortly after warranty the thermocouple is failing and no replacement parts are available. The oven heats dangerously hot and never turns off the heating elements. Food is burnt to a crisp or literally on fire. Unit is being sold right here on the manufacturer's website but they claim it's discontinued and no parts are available. What a trash company.

Bought this oven to use as a second oven for big dinners. It heats up so quickly and cooks/bakes evenly. The speed convection cooks quick and no preheating required. This is my go to oven for most sides or smaller dinners.
