Best oven on the market

My oven is going on 10 years and I have used it almost every day (340 days or more) since I purchased it without ANY problems at all. Ten minutes ago I took out a pecan banana bread from the oven which looks amazingly golden brown. I bake whole chickens, hams, all kinds of pies and I thought of buying another oven but will wait for this one to break some day. I usually clean the grates and the bottom insert but that is all. I have never cleaned the inside walls as it seems to be still in excellent condition.

LOVE THIS OVEN! We’ve had for 2 1/2 yrs & have had no problems with it. Keep discovering new ways to use it. Makes life super easy! Would buy it again & would highly recommend it!

Hard pass unless you like carbonized food

Loved this initially. Now the light no longer works and it overheats like crazy! I have to turn it down by 100 degrees on the bake setting or it burns everything. This is less than 3 years old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Breaks after warranty period

This is a great product when it works. Unfortunately, shortly after warranty the thermocouple is failing and no replacement parts are available. The oven heats dangerously hot and never turns off the heating elements. Food is burnt to a crisp or literally on fire. Unit is being sold right here on the manufacturer's website but they claim it's discontinued and no parts are available. What a trash company.

can't replace broken parts, they aren't available

This has been a great toaster oven but the thermostat died and even though the toaster oven is still for sale, there are no parts available for it.
