This is a great toaster oven with many options. I've used almost all of them and they function well. The toast comes out as expected and the larger size oven allows me to bake small casseroles and sweets without heating my big oven. The speed convection delivers rapid results as promised.

Empty Nest couple purchased the Chef's Convection Toaster Oven. Everything works as expected but we have two suggestions. 1) The controls feel cheap and we are dubious about the long-term reliability of the knob and buttons. 2) There should be a ventilated shield across the rear wall. This would prevent the rear wall of the oven from coming into contact with skin, flammable materials, etc.

Nice and compact and easy to use. Works well. But since it is compact, there may be little insulation and the external surfaces get quite hot - so hot that the plastic tie that holds the electric cord melted.

I am still learning how to use it. I like it & am glad I purchased it. I think the instruction book needs more work. Using the oven as a fryer is not clear. One other note I would make is the cord needs to be longer. I had to purchase an extension to be able to use it optimally.

The toaster oven door doesn’t close completely flush and heat escapes. Otherwise it seems to work fine. I got this size because I wanted a usable back-up oven that could operate from a battery or generator in case of a power outage.
