Here's the main problem. The toaster oven works great up until the ERL error code we get. And then it's dead. We're on our 3rd oven as this error code happens easily within the warranty coverage. Plus side is the customer service is responsive and both times got a new one to us relatively quickly. But we also get the feeling that this is a known issue that is not getting resolved. I'm not looking forward to when we get that ERL code again, but next time just outside the warranty period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recently purchased this Chef’s Convection Toaster Oven. My wife has used it for basically everything that will fit inside of it since. It does a good job cooking, and it is much more energy efficient than using the full oven. We are happy with the purchase.

Our old (1970's?) apartment-sized oven went on the fritz about a month ago and we were struggling with what to do. We are planning on moving in a couple of years and didn't want to buy a new range only to leave it behind. My wife had a brainstorm and came up with the idea of purchasing a large toaster oven (since the burners of our range still worked) that we could take with us. We love it, especially all the pre-programmed options -- in particular, the pizza setting (and stone)!

This was an upgrade from a 12 year old(!) Cuisinart convection oven that still worked fine. This model has a much larger interior and it's very nice looking. The convection feature is quiet and this thing cooks FAST! I very rarely use my full size oven due to the capability of the Cuisinart. Some nerds have complained that the lettering rubs off of the ON/OFF button, mine has not but omg get a life nerds, it's the on/off button! This oven is impressive in looks and operationally. Get it and be happy like me!

A great addition to our kitchen. Fast, easy and convenient. Makes more sense for just the two of us to use this rather than our full size oven. The oven is very versatile and the lighted settings takes a lot of guesswork out of it's use. We use it several times a day. The glass door makes it easy to add or subtract time to help is prepare the food to our preferred tastes.
