It’s not as easy to use as what I hoped, a little confusing. And I guess I should have read more as I was hoping for an air fryer too. It looks nice and when I can figure out the the directions more maybe I’d like it better?

Not enough information in manual. List what types of. pans and dishes (glass casserole etc) more recipes. What about cooking convenience foods beside pizza. What not to cook etc.

I like the size and efficiency. It cooks like a real oven. My only disappointment is that I got this for the connection/air fryer capability and that doesn't seem to work as well as the other functions, in my opinion.

Excellent with 2 minor, but sort of annoying flaws

I would have given 5 stars except for 2 minor flaws. 1)the alert sound is so quiet that it is almost useless. 2)the control design is cumbersome-having to push/scroll through the temp and timing options would be greatly improved by just having 2 dials. Other than that, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and accurately. Love the 2 racks!

I have never owned a toaster oven but I like this very much. Sadly, I thought it could be used as an air fryer, because of a review on Wirecutter but it does not crisp the food. I have also broiled hamburgers in it and there is no char. The "toast" feature and all the other settings work great. I'm still trying to figure out the convection part ... it seems to cook too fast but that could be user error.
