We chose this oven because of the Cuisinart reputation for good products and the features of this toaster oven. We have had several Cuisinart products (including a food processor and a stick blender) for several years and they have served us well. My husband and I really enjoy this toaster oven. The oven preheats quickly. It is large capacity and holds a 9x13 inch pan (without handles) and so we can easily prepare a relatively large amount of food at one time. This oven takes a lot less energy than our stove oven and, during the summer, we could bake without heating up the whole house. Recently we have been getting an error message: "ERL". We don't know what this means. We have been able to reset the screen by unplugging the oven, leaving it unplugged for 10 minutes or so, then plugging it in again. We are concerned about this problem and hope the oven is not going to stop functioning!

First let me start by saying that I really do like this little oven and use it constantly. But my biggest gripe is that the pizza setting does not work. It did not work on the first oven I purchased, and it does not work on the replacement oven sent to me by Cuisinart through the warranty program. On both ovens, it stays in "preheating" mode and the timer never engages. The timer beep is also very quiet and easy to miss if you're in the next room, which I don't love. All other features work relatively well, so unless you have your heart set on the pizza settings and/or a loud timer, I would say it's worth a try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has delivered everything it said it would. Best addition to my kitchen in years. Oven has not been on in weeks. I've owned several toaster ovens but none can compare to this one. Oven baking is even better than my gas oven and every function works well. So worth the money if your making an addition to your kitchen. I only by Cuisinart products. Always reliable.

The oven does exactly what it says it does, very simple, digital, with a dial to navigate, a lighted panel that's easy to read, so far I have been able to heat up to 425 degrees for a pizza, all done with true its advertisement!
