Nice little oven, but wish there was a better spring mechanism for the door. When raising it to close it it just quickly slams shiut and makes a loud banging noise. I would have returned it for that reason, but it was too much of a hassle to ship back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used this every day since receiving it. It toasts well and does a great job roasting vegetables and chicken. I think it cooks food evenly and is a great size - I love that I can use two trays/racks at the same time as well. I'm almost glad our old (non-Cuisinart) one broke!

The convection toaster oven works great as a toaster oven. It was also advertised in Wire Cutter to be used as an Air Fryer but I think that is a stretch. Maybe if it had included a basket...

The unit included a 9x13 baking pan, broiling insert for the pan, and baking stone. The interior light is a great plus. A wide range of settings is very helpful. Cleaning is very easy. We had to reduce baking time/ baking temperatures for some items. The only negative is that the convection fan is a bit noisy. Other than that, it is an excellent asset for the kitchen.

I’ve baked ribs, made simple toast , cooked pizza, made brownies, grilled asparagus. This thing takes on all challenges and excels on every level. Sometimes it cooks a little faster than expected but nothing that can’t be adapted to with a little practice by the operator. The convection feature works as it should. I suggest first few times used an oven temp gauge be used as temps vary by up to 5 degrees+/- from display. I highly recommend this little jewel!
