[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After intense comparisons, we bought this toaster oven to replace a worn out Panasonic. Good performance so far with one caveat: opening the oven door does not pull out the internal tray and there is no oven light inside. Cuisinart saved those features for the next higher model which is too big for our limited counter space. Oh well, just minor shortcomings, I guess.
