I had the previous model without the screen display and electronic settings using touch buttons. Although the buttons light up, they are difficult read and unless you remember them, you have to bend down every time to look at the wording to get the right button. I loved my previous model and got this as a gift. It works fine except for the new buttons rather than the old model with turn knobs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am loving this oven, best toast I've made in years. Broiler works great, and the oven temp is spot on temp per a good thermometer. Some people comment that it is confusing to use, but so far so good here. Just pay attention to the blue light options and hit start. I do sometimes grab the booklet to see where the oven rack should be positioned. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because: the oven is not very tall, and it's kinda dicey to stick hands in to grab toast, especially as there is a lip on the front of the rack. (The toast needs to be "lifted" instead of just sliding forward and out.) I use small tongs to pull the rack out and grab the toast. Secondly, it needs a light! (I keep a small flashlight nearby, and use it often)

Not as big as I thought it would be, but for a smaller kitchen it's just the right size. Easy to program, heats up quickly, and lets you know when the desired temp has been reached. Biggest plus for me is how quiet it is - this oven is replacing one made by another company that was frankly so loud one had to raise their voice to be heard over it.

The coffee pot drips. The plastic snap-on top is a bad design. Send it back to the test engineer. The top is not suppose to retain coffee after the brew cycle. Coffee must be in the pot, not in the snap-on top. It drips as you pour making a mess.
