Toast and bagel settings should never be more than 3 or you’ll end up with an inedible burnt bread. Better under than overdone. You really can’t walk away from the toaster, since you’ll have to push stop 30 secs before the allotted time.
I also usually bake at 325 degrees and not 350. While I think Cuisinart makes a fine product, I’ve found that in each instance going 25 degrees lower than the recommended temperature is better. Easier to have to wait an extra 15 minutes than overcook and ruin a meal.

This is my second toaster oven broiler. The first one died after one year but was quickly replaced because it was still under warranty. The digital light on the new one will not go out when not in use like its supposed to. Otherwise, I love everything about this oven.

Wow! I have used another toaster oven for a few years but this Cuisinart toaster oven is by far head and shoulders above the other. I have used it for everything from toast to fish and it cooked perfectly. I am impressed!

I needed a smaller sized convection toaster oven to fit into a certain drawer. Most I brought home were either too large or too cheap looking with not many features. I have only made toast so far, which came out great.
I am looking forward to doing more. I really like how you make the selections and set the temperature. I do not like just turning a knob to guess what would give you the temperature that you need.
