This is a warranty replacement for the first one in which the backlight on the display went out. This is the best toaster oven we've ever had, and we've had many. It does everything one would expect of it and does them all well. Fits a whole 11" pizza, does the toast and bagels to perfection, even has a convection mode. Oh yeah, their warranty is a generous 3 years and it is truly no-hassle.

We have had an older version of the same model for over 10 years. The new one is nice because with digital screen the numbers and indicators will not ware off the surface of the oven. I also like the use of numbers for darkness shades of toasting. That is more reliable than the prior twist-knob version. I also appreciate the wire rack having 3 different levels or positions. That improves cooking options.

I’ve really enjoyed my new coffee maker! Nice hot coffee and brews a delicious cup of coffee, or 3! My only complaint, isn’t really a complaint, I just have to learn to adjust to a coffee maker that is fancy and won’t let me heat up leftover coffee by turning it back on. So, not really a problem, just an adjustment. But I didn’t realize what I was missing flavor-wise until i began using this maker. So much better!
