Really liked this coffee maker until the coating on the heat bed started to come off.
I have used it for a month and the coffee is great but the quality of the machine is not.
I clean it properly and make sure there is no liquid on it.

Pretty good, heating uniformity dissappointing

Doesn't toast as evenly as claimed. About average on that. Control buttons hard to read small font, too low for a unit on a standard cabinet top. Electronic display is very good, controls straight forward, baking feature works well, heats quickly. A little difficult to slide toast off when rack is installed as recommended, but not a big deal. Overall B+. If the heat was more uniform it could easily be a solid A.

We had an earlier model of this and loved it. The only thing we would change is the grounds basket. It does not seat back into the coffee maker as easily and positively as the last model. Failure to do so leads to mess

This does exactly what I expected as a replacement for a previous model that lasted 8 years of mostly daily use. The newer controls are quite easy to use and having the fan on/off switch is very useful. The "toast" function I have used once but it seems to work nicely. I am of course hoping that the electronics will hold up. Good to see that the overall design and construction has not changed much so that it will fit in the same area as my old one.
