Many prepared foods come with directions for a convection oven, like pizza. So, it is nice to have a toaster oven that has a convection feature. Also, if you have a restaurant "doggie bag" in an aluminum dish, which you can't put in the microwave, using the reheat feature in this oven is a plus.

Instructions aren't as clear as they should be. Have 3 different levels for rack, when do you use tray, a little too complicated. Works great whenever toasting, baking, etc. is done the right way.

Bought this to replace an older model of the same oven. Miss the controls of the other oven, this one is to sensitive a nano second and you miss the setting you are trying to reach. Over all the oven works OK. I bought because of the convection setting but it doesn't seem to work at crisping like I thought it would. Oven works like I thought toasting is OK.
