Flawed or defective - brew feature lost its mind

6 months in the brew function went bazonka. Either stopped midway through a brew or stopped then randomly started. I cleaned the machine regularly which was CS's suggestion, but re-cleaning it did nothing to help. I was handled awkwardly by CS but eventually received a replacement. We will see how well that works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this because my wife always complained about heating up the kitchen whenever she used our regular oven. This has solved that problem. It is big enough to bake most of the items that require an oven, and it takes up only a little more space than our 4 slice toaster.
