This oven is difficult to use. It is hard to read the buttons and has to e constantly reprogrammed. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

I purchased this on 1/06/2021. I liked the size and features of this coffee maker. However after nearly a year this product started turning off and on which to me was a safety issue. I called the warranty number and they said would ship me replacement.I called again two weeks later. Same answer. Now after a month Nothing. If they don't make this good I will buy another brand. Very disappointed with Cuisinart.

It does not toast well at all. The toast comes out burnt on one half and still white on the other half. You need to rotate the bread half way through to get even color. Since we use this mostly to make toast, the performance is very disappointing. The top of the oven gets very hot while baking, hot enough to possibly cause a burn. The first time a baked a small casserole, the oven tipped forward when I slid the rack out to remove the dish. The weight of the casserole was too much for the oven to stay secured.

This Oven make a Very Loud Popping noise, before the Pre-Heat sound, and whenever elements heat up. I wanted this brand since my other one lasted 10 years. My old one was super quiet. I hope I don't regret this purchase, since I'm a fan of the brand. Thanks

Much too expensive for something that just bakes and toasts. Definitely not "deluxe". Poor design has no interior lighting, even from the heating elements, to show cooking progress. The door must be opened to view the item. Poor design also with the crumb try that scratches the inside of the door every time it is pulled out. Additionally, a lot of crumbs accumulate on the ledge beneath the door and the only way to remove them is with some type of brush. I could have purchased a much better toaster oven at 1/3 the price. Obviously, I am very disappointed with this oven.
