I’m so pleased with decision to replace my Mr Coffee coffee maker. Yes Mr Coffee was working but after reading reviews about the Cuisinart I wanted to see if the coffee really did taste better! IT DOES…coffee isn’t bitter or upsets my stomach. Perhaps because of filters? At any rate I’m very pleased with my purchase!

Purchased to replace the 4 cup. The coffee is hotter, but I am still trying to find the correct ratio of water to coffee to match the taste from the 4 cup machine. The lid to fill the water is not attached, and while I have not dropped it in the water tank yet, I would have preferred it to be attached. The carafe is thinner than the 4 cup-seems cheaper. Overall, I still prefer the 4 cup maker and I wish it was not discontinued. I was hoping to be "wowed" by the upgrade-not the case.

Coffee brews nice and hot but that warming plate cutting off in 30 mins vs the normal 2 hrs is a deal breaker for me. It’s just me so drinking a hot cup of coffee fast so I can get to the other one is a no go.

The design of this coffee maker for me is outstanding. The detachable water reservoir for the coffee maker makes it much easier to fill for a new pot of coffee. The added coffee filter is perfect for those times when you forgot to buy the paper filters. The only thing I would add is to insulate the five cup coffee pot itself so that it would hold hot coffee for longer periods.

I just love 💕 my new cuisinart 5-cup coffee maker with stainless steel cararafe! It makes the coffee quicker than my last coffee maker and the coffee ☕️ is hotter as well. Plus I never have to worry about breaking the carafe while I’m washing it since it’s practically indestructible! Plus it comes with its own reusable filter. What’s not to love?❤️

This coffee maker, while somewhat different from the last 5-cup Cuisinart coffee maker, does make a great cup of coffee, very hot but slower than the previous one which this one replaced. What counts to me is it does make a GREAT cup of coffee.
