This coffeemaker makes the best and smoothest coffee I have ever had in a home machine. The removable water tank is actually very convenient . We fill it from my refrigerator’s filtered water system and move directly to the machine. Also, The 20 minute auto shutoff does not overcook the coffee. This machine brews 5 cups quickly - within 3-5 minutes I believe.

Coffee is great, perfect size for my needs, coffee is hot enough for my preferences. Some design issues keep it from being a 5star item. Specifically the top for the water reserve is not hinged so it’s easy to drop the lid in, then the markings for the water and the start button are on opposite sides meaning there’s no good way to position the coffeemaker and not have to constantly move it around. The brew pause feature was not working when I first got it but customer service was super responsive and I received a replacement part right away! All in all a good little coffeemaker!

We love the steel carafe, the size of the coffeemaker and it works well. The only thing we don't like is that the water compartment lid doesn't stay connected

I like the small size and the stainless carafe. The carafe keeps the coffee reasonably hot, but I don’t like that the hot plate turns off after 30 minutes (60 would have been better).

I was very happy with my 4 cup SS coffee maker ( discontinued) unfortunately
It had served us well for many years. It was time to recycle.
I searched to find it, alas, not available.
I purchased the 5 cup and although it makes excellent coffee moisture remains too long after brewing in the water canister and in the basket area: so too much time and effort is required to dry it out.
