Decided to try pellet grill for the first time and I choose the Wooddridge Regular model.
Everything about it is awesome! From the flavors to the temperature control is A+.
Only thing I don’t like about it , and it might be for any pellet grill…. once the lid pops open, the heat escapes and you gotta wait and let it heat up again. Which creates more time to the cook, sometimes 20-30 mins. Also one time the heat would not heat past a certain temperature then it started shutting down, but that only happened once.
Other than that…. This is an amazing Grill/ smoker to have !!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can you fix it?

We love our treger its almost the perfect grill, but it has one major flaw in design. When you empty the hopper and clear the pellets it takes a lot of time and effort to clear the auger. If only it had an override button, on back next to the power button, that engaged the auger when grill was not in "operation" it would be perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Deeply disappointed…

I wish zero stars was an options. I am baffled that there are 5-star reviews on this grill. We have been entirely disappointed with it and have tried at least ten times to smoke or cook a meal. Do not waste your money.

BAD QA/QC. Go with a different model if Traeger

It worked fine a few times and then started having trouble. Traeger did replace the parts a few times in an effort to resolve. That said, they just keep sending the same parts with the same issues. I’ve spent more weekends taking videos of the same issues over and over again as well as hours of replacing and troubleshooting parts. It’s not worth it at this point. Based on reviews on others sites, I’m very surprised with the positive reviews. I cannot speak to the other Traeger models but avoid the woodridge series.

You want something that won’t reconnect to any Wi-Fi network? Please buy any Traeger product… The second you shut it down, it won’t reconnect to any Wi-Fi network or that you have! And then when you try to reconnect, it will tell you that it doesn’t remember the Wi-Fi network! These products are complete crap. Buy something else. Zero stars if possible.
