We bought the Woodridge Pro. Worked great until cooler temps and would go into fault mode even above freezing temps. Fault codes 06 and 13. We have inspected all the wires and connections and all are good. Now every time we use it, we get fault 06. Resetting requires unplugging the electrical and then restarting. Takes forever to build up to 300-350 degrees. Outside temps are 60s and up. We had our first traeger for over 15 years with no problems and grilled through the winter months. This one has been a disappointment compared to our first Traeger.

Since you are consistently seeing ER06 and previously encountered ER13, we recommend checking a few additional connections that may help. For ER06, access the controller area and disconnect then reconnect the RTD wire harness, ensuring the connection is fully seated both at the harness and on the back of the controller. For ER13, confirm the grill is running the latest firmware, then inspect the auger motor and controller wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from damage. It can also help to manually rotate the auger motor shaft several full turns to confirm it moves smoothly. Solid upgrade from my pro22, assembly was straight forward. The “break-in” process was simple. I really enjoy the wifi( I didn’t have this before) the hooks to hang the grates for cleaning. The drip tray design ten times better than my previous traeger.
Only complaint but something I can live with is that I notice the meat temp probe is 4 degrees lower from my battery operated meat probe. Again not a deal breaker.
This is our first pellet smoker purchase. We have cooked 2 Butts, whole Brisket , 3 Whole Chickens. We absolutely love this Grill. Easy to maintain ( Clean) and everything we have made has been outstanding. We’ve shared all our cookings and out neighbors love what we’ve smoked. I would definitely recommend a Woodridge smoker to anyone want a great low maintenance smoker. The consistency is phenomenal . Happy Smoking !!!👍
Junk do not waste your money. Cooked on everything out there every time I've used it I've thrown the food away. Get a cheap smoker works better. If you like the tech. Put it in the oven your not meant to cook.

Hey Jason, thanks for sharing your experience with us, that is not what we expect you to get out of your grill, to better understand what’s happening we’d like to know if the grill is holding the set temperature or running hotter than expected, also where the food is placed can make a difference since heat tends to be stronger along the edges and opposite the hopper so rotating food during the cook can help, another key factor is the condition of the drip tray as buildup or a heavily darkened surface can create extra radiant heat that causes food to cook faster than intended, giving it a good clean or using a liner can improve results, if you want to walk through this together give us a call at +1-800-TRAEGER and we can help get things cooking the way they should TRAEGER
First Traeger and I love it and the app. I got the Woodridge model and if it had locking casters in box I would easily given 5 stars. I added 4” casters that swivel and lock and NOW it’s 5 stars
Awesome Grill I have had other Traeger grills and I love this one the best. My other one lasted over 10 years and this is the best one so far it puts out the best steaks I’ve ever had in my life on a negative note the instructions are very hard to understand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought a few months ago. Only used a few times. Now, I am getting an error code 13. I don't have the skills to disassemble. For the outrageous money I paid it should have lasted. Fed up. Never again. Want my money back.

Besides having to assemble, box was sure fun for the kids, and having to drill in a hole that was missing it is amazing and we just love our new smoker!
