Beautiful, effective and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had a Bosch 500 series dishwasher for three years so we're familiar with the overall style. The new 800 with its smart capabilities and advanced drying system is definitely an improvement. The three tier rack system with the top utensil rack and adaptable splines on each level make it very efficient to load or organize. Learning to set it up as a breeze with an easy online registration process that moves right into various videos on how to use it optimally.
We have found it to be quiet, very effective at cleaning and drying unsurpassed and it's effectiveness.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the dishwasher. I purchased it to replace an older Bosch dishwasher. It cleans well. The only things I don't like as much as the old one are the changes in the racks, the smaller silverware holder, and the fact that I was unable to figure out how to change settings on the actual dishwasher. I have to use the app to change settings which seems super weird.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having sooo many issues with another brand, I'm sooo happy I bought a Bosch. Best dishwasher hands down. Super quiet, washes great, hold lots of dishes and mugs/cups, solid door and unit etc. Wouldn't buy anything else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Bosch 800 series is easy to setup and learning it's numerous functions a breeze with the video instructions. The new patented Crystal drying system is far superior to any we've ever used. So it's, elegant, effective and quiet.

Working well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's working well so far. We replaced a 16yr old Bosch with this. The interior layout is roughly the same, with the addition of the 3rd rack. The app control took 10 attempts to pair with the wifi, and I'm not sure there's any real benefit to using it. The front panel and handle area feel flimsy for the price.

Less capable then previous Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our previous dishwasher (a still working Bosch) to get a stainless version. We upgraded to the 800 series and didn't find it until we had it installed that, unlike our previous Bosch, it does Not have a time delay. The only way to delay a cycle is to download the phone app and schedule it each time on the phone. On our previous Bosch, we finished dinner, loaded the dishwasher and set it to come on after we went to bed. I have no doubt at all that the software for the 800 could be updated to allow for a "favorite" with a time delay could be set once with a phone and then selected each time from the door controls. But that is not possible now. Not everyone, especially those that are buying your top of the line models, want to have to use their phones everyday to set the dishwasher. Make life simpler, not more involved, please!

New Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced an older Bosch with this new one. I'm still getting used to the slim cutlery rack. Like my old Bosch, saucer rims and the like are still wet at the end of the cycle.
