Working well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's working well so far. We replaced a 16yr old Bosch with this. The interior layout is roughly the same, with the addition of the 3rd rack. The app control took 10 attempts to pair with the wifi, and I'm not sure there's any real benefit to using it. The front panel and handle area feel flimsy for the price.

Less capable then previous Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our previous dishwasher (a still working Bosch) to get a stainless version. We upgraded to the 800 series and didn't find it until we had it installed that, unlike our previous Bosch, it does Not have a time delay. The only way to delay a cycle is to download the phone app and schedule it each time on the phone. On our previous Bosch, we finished dinner, loaded the dishwasher and set it to come on after we went to bed. I have no doubt at all that the software for the 800 could be updated to allow for a "favorite" with a time delay could be set once with a phone and then selected each time from the door controls. But that is not possible now. Not everyone, especially those that are buying your top of the line models, want to have to use their phones everyday to set the dishwasher. Make life simpler, not more involved, please!

New Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just replaced an older Bosch with this new one. I'm still getting used to the slim cutlery rack. Like my old Bosch, saucer rims and the like are still wet at the end of the cycle.

Not as Nice as the Older Model 800

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an 800 model in 2017 for my previous home. The layout of the racks for holding dishes was much better and could easily hold more dishes. The current model is designed for partial dishware and large pots and pans. If the bottom rack had tines that could be moved up to accomodate more plates, it would be helpful. The third rack design for silverware does not work well. The cutlery baskets work much better for silverware, which frees up the third rack for larger utensils, plastic lids and ramekins. I was very disappointed that the third rack silerware holder is not removable and that the dishwasher did not come with two cutlery baskets. At this point you are asking yourself why I purchased the Bosch, because it cleans better than anything else on the market. I would prefer Bosch offered more options in the rack configurations.

The Cadillac of Dishwashers

It is super quiet you can't tell if it's running. The outcome of the wash is excellent without rinsing prior is what impressed me most. Great product with reasonable price.

Spotless and Dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is amazing. The crystal dry takes care of most of the residual water. It powers through most grime and even has managed to chip away at some of the baked on soot from pans I use in my smoker.
The unit is super quiet and looks sharp in the kitchen.

Buyers Remorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in dish washer after only a couple weeks of use, immediately noticed the dishwasher felt cheap, door is flimsy and bends very easy. Main reason for buying the 800 was the crystal dry technology but our dishes are constantly wet, more so than the outdated washer we replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
