The speed with which the grill heats up makes it easier to prepare meals and saves on propane. The ease with which grills can be cleaned is also a plus. Best grill I have ever had and I have had many over my 74 yrs.

I like the grill but had a difficult time assembling it. Granted, I’m not mechanically inclined, but the directions lacked detail. This could simply be improved by including more screw holes and texture in your wordless assembly directions. I would recommend this grill to anyone.

I am pleased with my new Weber E-310. This is my 3rd Weber grill and it's meeting expectations. The assembly was easy enough and the operation works as described. My only complaint is the grease tray can only be removed from the back. This makes access more challenging depending on where the grill is located.

This is my 3rd and best Weber grill purchased in the last 35 years. I grill an average of four (4) days every week all year long. The three individual heating elements light and heat very quickly. I have found cooking to be evenly to control including indirect heating. The unit itself is very well constructed with an improved wheel design over previously owned models. The lid is surprisingly light and seals the heated interior to the base real well.
One thing I would change is the removal of the collection pan at the rear of the unit. Sliding the pan in/out to clean it is a little tough at times. I don’t consider it enough of a negative to lower my rating however.
